- You may return an artwork within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

- Please note that custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
- Once your return is approved, carefully package the artwork to prevent damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged upon delivery or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photos of the damage and work with you to either:
